With nearly two decades of operational experience in third-party logistics across the healthcare and retail sectors, he guides requirements gathering, solution design and delivery of warehouse optimisation projects. A consistent and objective technical manager, he has a strong track record of delivering complex, concurrent projects, including WMS implementations and strategic operational initiatives across diverse teams and cultures.
