Martin Cole is logistics development manager at Screwfix. Having joined Kingfisher as part of its undergraduate scheme, Cole has 25 years’ experience working across B&Q and Screwfix in a variety of business functions including commercial, retail operations, property, new market development, supply chain, returns and logistics.

For the last eight years, he has specialised in logistics strategy and development, delivering a variety of strategic projects including the opening of three new distribution centres, process productivity enhancements and championing the decarbonisation of the Screwfix logistics network.
