Please note: Please use carpark N12 for lorry parking (build-up days - free of charge) and N2-5 for exhibitor/visitor parking (no pass needed on build up days, 2 free parking passes per exhibitor on show days).

You will receive your free exhibitor parking passes on the day of the event, as they are in a form of a voucher. You only need these as you exit the car park. However, if you overstay after the event has finished, you might be fined £75.

You can sign up for lorry passes through Voyage control: voyagecontrol.com/necbirmingham . These will be needed for any vehicles that need access to the rear of the hall.

Please distribute vehicle passes to ALL your contractors/stand builders/staff that need to get on-site and to the loading gate.  Please note without a gate pass you, or your contractors, will not be permitted access for loading.
