Exhibition Guidelines

Please ensure that all staff involved with your stand/presence at the exhibition over the two exhibition days are dressed appropriately. Inappropriately dressed members of staff on exhibition stands will be prohibited from attending the exhibition.

For security and safety reasons, exhibit movement in or out of the exhibition halls is not permitted during exhibition opening hours.

Site Rules

EVERYONE must consider the safety of themselves and others at ALL TIMES

Be aware of moving traffic and forklifts – in the loading areas inside and outside the halls

PPE – appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn

- High Visibility Vests

- Suitable footwear

- Suitable head protection when working at height (above 4m) or around working at height

Please ensure you bring sufficient Hi Vis vests with you for you and your team

FAILURE TO WEAR APPROPRIATE PPE WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT BEING ALLOWED ACCESS ONSITE

Insurance

Whilst every precaution is taken to protect your property, responsibility cannot be accepted for any loss or damage that befalls the personnel or property of any exhibitor.

Exhibitors are reminded of their responsibility to carry insurance for the duration of the event.

You are responsible for insuring against any legal liability incurred in respect of injury or damage to property belonging to third parties. In addition to this you should protect your outlay against Abandonment and Cancellation or Curtailment of the exhibition due to reasons beyond the control of Akabo Media.

All Exhibitors are required to have public liability insurance – please send a copy of this to
